i have been looking at ways to get stronger and faster and loss weight for football i am 15 years old 6 foot tall i weigh 280lbs and play offencive line (varsty). i have been lifting every day and running (since the begining of june) but it seems not to help i still only run a 6.0 40 and can only bench 225 and squat 335. i have been looking into hgh (human growth hormoune). i was woundering if yall had any ideas on other supplements. no steroid supplements plz and the best places to get them and there names
