There are many choices to induce HGH in your body such as HGH injections, oral sprays and natural herbal HGH releasers which declare that they can increase HGH level in your body. HGH injection is a synthetic matter to be injected into your body three times a day for a period more than a month. This injection is costly and also not freely available. More over you are likely to get side effects with these injections. It will be advisable to follow some basic routines which will keep you healthy and show you how to live a longer life.

Get more sleep, because HGH also known as "Natures own fountain of youth" is produced more during sleep. Most of the old people sleep less; make it a practice to sleep more when you grow old. Contemporary world is fast in everything but it is advisable to relax more by adopting methods like yoga, tai chi or meditation.

When you cross the age of 30 try and reduce you body weight by controlling you diet. Eat more of vegetables and fruits. Reduce fat generating foods like butter, eggs, and meat. Eat less processed food because they contain plenty of refined sugar. Although sugar helps replication of cell faster, unfortunately cells can replicate only to certain number times.
