I am on day 4 now with my glutathione experiment. As I pointed out the other day, I was doing a trade show in a local community and became aquainted with a large number of like-minded health enthusiasts. Although I trained in phyto-nutrition and medical research, I will be the 1st to admit that it’s such a large field that I don’t really think one can every be a guru in this stuff.
With an open source research platform, the industry standard, there is simply too much facts to cover for any single entity. I went from Personal computer to a Macbook about 10 months ago in order to maximize my efficiency in conducting, tabulating and analyzing research data. Even with the great advantage that Mac provides me with over anything in the PC world, I simply can’t match everything. Due to that, I strive to concentrate on the essential things to my family and me. At this stage of my life, it includes things that guide me to staying disease free and keeping healthy and energetic.
Those children out there – you know – the 30 year olds… who, now think they’re bullet-proof, are soon going to uncover the aging effects. I was at the time one of them. I speak from experience. But sooner or later it catches up on you. At first it could be the eyes losing some power in your early forties. Next it is the injuries in your joints. Soon cutting the grass seems as difficult as playing a basketball game used to be!
At 9 pm, you find yourself making excuses to go to sleep! And when you do, you’re up 4 times to go to the washroom. Then 7 am comes around and you really feel short changed. That was not enough sleep! But you get out of bed anyway, then go shower and dress for work. In the office, you’re not the dynamo you used to be. You look for methods for getting through the day without expending excessive calorie consumption. At 3 in the afternoon you’re ready for a nap at your desk!
As a kid you constantly asked, “are we there yet?” while your father drove the car. Now you sit at your desk and still ask, “Are we there yet?” – but on this occasion you’re referring to quitting time! You get in your car and drive home, narrowly steering clear of a couple of accidents. And at home you put on your sweats and flop on the sofa. You are tired. You are spent. You’re deficient in glutathione.
I see your heads nodding as you read what could easily have been your daily diary. What I know until now is really impressive indeed. I think there will be an explosion in marketing this product. It may just be the elixir of youth people have been looking for. What’s interesting is that it happens to be in us. It was never “out there.” We always had it, but our bodies has a tendency to destroy it faster as our bodies age. All of that is getting ready to change.
