Posted on Jul 31, 2009 under News and such | It’s my understanding that arginine pyroglutamate taken with L-lysine has a tremendous effect on hgh production in the body. Does L-lysine produce the same effects when taken instead with A-AKG (arginine alpha ketoglutarate)?
Also, when combining arginine with lysine, is it possible to go beyond 1500mg of each and still have increasing levels of hgh? The studies I’ve read only experimented on 1500mg.
I’m looking for the best supplement combination to produce high levels of growth hormone in my body without steroids or other illegal substances.

I was thinking hanging from a monkey bar at a local elementary school and putting 2 15lbs. dumbells in a backpack and hold it with my feet. I think it’ll work if I do it long term but maybe just 30 mins every 2 days dont you think? p.s. my growth plates are closed atleast that’s what the doc said I haven’t seen the x ray of my wrist myself.
