Everyone of us age. Yet, we all want to stay young, look young, be healthy and don't want any sufferings in old age. Therefore, it is not a surprise that people have been spending loads of money on anti aging products to look anf feel good. But the truth is one of the best way to do it is by eating simple anti aging foods.
To stop or prevent aging, some people even resort to taking expensive anti aging drugs. But drugs are very expensive and can drain your resources very quickly. Furthermore, they too come with negative side effects.. Why must you do drugs when simple anti aging foods can do the job better for you?
You can use these anti aging tips to keep young:-
- Eating right : Eating right is a very important aspectof an antiaging strategy. Eating food in moderate amount is vital for longevity and youthful looks. Some food act as HGH releasers - the anti aging hormone found in our body. Therefore, eating foods rich in amino acids etc will improve your body's HGH production which will help fight aging.
- Eating lots of green vegetables and fruits: fresh greens and fruits are simple anti aging foods. These types of foods are known to stop or prevent aging effectively. For example, eating spinach is very good and makes good muscles. Other vegetable and fruits which are known anti aging agents are: bananas, apricots, carrots, spinach, tomatoes
- Don't eat too much of those foods with high protein and low fiber: Fish, oils, fat meat, dairy products, nuts, grains, eggs etc has rich proteins but low fibers. Although they are essential to your health, you should take care to consume them in moderation and to consume them in addition to fresh vegetables and fruits which are rich in fibers. High protein with low fiber foods reduce bone density which is bad for you.
- Avoid parmesan cheese: this class of cheese is very bad for elderly folks. This parmesan cheese reduces nitrogen in the body which leads to loss in muscle mass. So try to cut out parmesan cheese from your diet.
- Consume more raisins: this is one of nature's best anti aging food. In simple terms, raisins improvesalkaline level in the body, thus offsetting any excess acidity in the blood stream.
Although eating the right anti aging food in the right amount is important, do not forget exercises. Needless to say, exercise is an important anti aging activity. Yet another thing to remember is that you should think young if you want to stay young. Think about it.
